Everton FC has secured a significant new partnership with the world’s leading energy drink company, marking an important milestone for the club.
The multi-year agreement will see the energy drink brand become Everton’s new ‘Official Energy Drink Partner.’ This collaboration will provide the company with extensive promotional opportunities across the club’s physical and digital platforms. The brand’s iconic logo will feature on bottle carriers, coolers, and ice boxes at Everton’s Finch Farm training facility, as well as during home and away matches.
Fans attending games at Goodison Park and, from the 2025/26 season, at Everton’s new waterfront stadium at Bramley-Moore Dock, will also witness the brand on the big screen and pitchside LEDs. The deal signifies a robust commercial arrangement aimed at enhancing the club’s sponsorship portfolio.
Richard Kenyon, Everton’s Chief Commercial and Communications Officer, commented: “We are excited to welcome a globally-renowned and innovative brand into our partnership portfolio. This long-term partnership allows us to collaborate on exciting initiatives, especially as we transition to our new stadium next summer.” He further acknowledged the hard work of Everton’s partnerships team and the brand’s representatives in finalising the agreement ahead of a historic phase for the club.
Launched in 1987, the energy drink company has grown to dominate the global market, selling 12.1 billion cans worldwide in 2023. This partnership with Everton extends the brand’s already impressive sports portfolio, which includes sponsorships in football, Formula 1, and rugby, as well as support for individual athletes, artists, and creatives.
The agreement, the largest of its kind in the club’s history, follows several other commercial deals Everton has secured earlier this year. These include partnerships with technology company HPE Aruba, sportswear brand Castore, and foodservice provider Aramark. Additionally, a watch retailer extended its existing agreement to become a Founding Partner of Everton Stadium and the club’s Official Shirt Sleeve Partner.
This new partnership reflects Everton FC’s ambitious commercial strategy, bringing together two prestigious brands in a mutually beneficial arrangement that promises to deliver significant value to both parties.
