Cheshire-based public relations (PR), social, and events agency has been appointed as the PR partner for Radisson Blu’s portfolio of nine central London hotels.
This appointment is attributed to the agency’s extensive experience in the hotel sector, including its ongoing relationship with other venues managed by Axiom Hospitality, such as The Queen’s Hotel in Leeds.
Radisson Blu is renowned for delivering unparalleled service, comfort, and style, creating significant and memorable experiences. The nine hotels, situated in prime central London locations, including Seven Dials, Bloomsbury, and Marble Arch, offer exceptional experiences for both business and leisure travellers. The diverse portfolio boasts architecturally unique, design-led hotels housed in both historical and purpose-built sites.
The agency will work across all facets of Radisson Blu, focusing on targeting a broader demographic and enhancing the brand’s press and social presence. This collaboration aims to drive brand awareness both nationally and internationally through comprehensive media relations, social media support, campaign activations, and creative content creation.
This is the second hotel brand managed by Axiom Hospitality that the agency has been appointed to support, following the successful rebranding of the historic Queens Hotel in Leeds. Emma Figge, head of marketing and brand at Axiom Hospitality, expressed optimism about the partnership, stating, “We are delighted to be working with LUYA on our newly acquired Radisson Blu London portfolio. With the team demonstrating fantastic results for another one of our hotels, we are looking forward to building on our partnership and placing Radisson Blu London firmly at the forefront of people’s minds when taking a city break in the capital.”
This notable appointment follows a year of substantial achievements for the agency, including being named the PR partner for an international homewares brand as part of its ambitious UK expansion strategy. Additionally, after successfully managing regional PR for Inspired Villages since 2017, the agency was entrusted with their national PR earlier this year. Inspired Villages is a later-living operator backed by Legal & General and NatWest Pensions, with ten luxury retirement villages across the UK and plans for further expansion.
Moreover, the agency has recently commenced a contract with the leading developer of city-wide innovation ecosystems and the largest property platform dedicated to the UK knowledge economy, on their innovative West Village site in Leeds. The agency’s managing director commented, “With strong experience in everything hospitality and leisure, we’re extremely proud and humbled that Axiom Hospitality has appointed us to work on their latest campaign. It’s testament to the team here that clients come back time and time again and we have some really exciting plans up our sleeve for Radisson Blu.”
The appointment of the Cheshire-based PR agency as the PR partner for Radisson Blu’s London portfolio underscores the agency’s substantial experience and success in the hotel sector, promising a robust partnership aimed at reinforcing Radisson Blu’s position as a top choice for city breaks in the capital.
