Channel 4 is set to enhance its footprint beyond London by establishing a new office in Manchester.

The new office will be part of the prestigious St Michael’s development, a project spearheaded by Gary Neville’s Relentless Developments.
This landmark development project worth £400m, will host Channel 4 along with other prominent brands like Hill Dickinson and luxury hotel operator W.
St Michael’s is projected to be the first fully Net Zero Carbon commercial development in Manchester.
The building’s design includes nine floors of office space and a Japanese-Peruvian rooftop restaurant by Chotto Matte.
Construction, which started in January 2022, is expected to complete later this year.
Alex Mahon, Chief Executive of Channel 4, acknowledges the growing momentum to enhance Channel 4’s presence nationwide. She highlights Manchester’s critical role in their strategic expansion.
