Bolton-based wellness products provider has acquired a new warehouse in Walkden, comprising 9,860 sq ft of space and two-storey offices.
Situated within Towngate Business Centre, the new warehouse aligns with the company’s sustainability standards. It features a BREEAM ‘very good’ rating and boasts various green credentials, including an EPC ‘A’ rating. The premises are equipped with EV charging points, PV solar panels, and modern, thermally-efficient cladding on the roof and elevations, embodying a commitment to environmental responsibility.
The warehouse’s strategic location off Lester Road ensures convenient access to the M61 motorway, connecting to the broader North West motorway network. It is approximately eight miles north-west of Manchester city centre and three miles south of Bolton, offering logistical advantages for business operations.
The global real estate services firm JLL advised on securing the property.
