Senior leadership, including Bruce McKenzie and Alban Horrocks, will continue to play crucial roles in the company.

The audit and consulting firm RSM provided sell-side advice on the deal. The advisory team was led by M&A partner James Wild with support from Clare Martin, Alyssia Kaczmarczyk, and Joe Stiles.

Legal advice was provided by Beyond Corporate, ensuring all aspects of the transaction were meticulously handled.
