A Manchester-based telecommunications company, is celebrating its first anniversary with the launch of a new website and the expansion to a larger office.

Founded in 2017 by Paul Sherlock, Adam Wilson, and Daniel Cheesbrough, the company aims to revolutionise the customer experience in business telecommunications. Sherlock, reflecting on their journey, stated, “The experience and the skills we gained were invaluable but we could see that there was a huge opportunity when it came to the customer experience. That’s what we are absolutely passionate about doing. We want to put usefulness and service back into the telecoms experience and empower customers with great technology that just works and doesn’t get in the way of what they want to achieve.”

The company has expanded from its core management unit to a team of 15, necessitating a move to larger premises in Altrincham. Plans are in place to further grow the team by the end of this year. Additionally, the company has revamped its website and digital identity, featuring an exciting new design built for future integrations.

Adam Wilson articulated their ambitious growth objectives, saying, “We’ve set some big growth goals, including being in the top five telecoms providers in the UK by 2020 and to be ranked within the top 10 SME businesses in the Sunday Times’s ‘Best Places to Work’. I know we can achieve them, because I have complete confidence in the people we have already brought into the business and the experts we are working with.”

To commemorate their achievements, the company hosted an event in Spinningfields, Manchester, inviting teams, suppliers, and clients for a day of engaging talks. Highlights included sessions from sports psychologist Stuart Holliday, Alex Khanyaghma from local charity Manchester Cares, and presentations outlining the company’s plans for the year ahead.

Dan Cheesbrough highlighted the importance of people in their growth strategy, stating, “Bringing this mix of people together to learn more about our plans for the future and be inspired by our great guest speakers really helps bring our collaborative culture to life. For me, achieving growth and transforming an industry has to begin with people – both our people and our clients.”

As the company marks this milestone, its commitment to enhancing the customer experience and achieving ambitious growth targets underscores its forward-thinking and customer-centric approach.
