The countdown is on to enter the STEM Marketing Awards 2024, a prestigious event recognising the exceptional marketing achievements within the science, technology, engineering, and mathematics industries. With the early bird deadline quickly approaching on 26 July, it’s crucial for entrants to finalise their submissions.
These awards are a collaboration with founding partner Lesniak Swann, providing a national platform to showcase the talents, campaigns, and innovations that are driving the STEM marketing sector forward. This year’s competition includes a variety of categories designed to celebrate excellence in campaign execution and strategic brilliance.
In terms of campaign execution, there are several key categories. The Best Low Budget Marketing Campaign is open to campaigns with a budget under £25,000, while the Best Medium Budget Marketing Campaign covers those with budgets between £25,000 and £70,000. For larger initiatives, the Best Large Budget Marketing Campaign recognises work with over £70,000 in funding. Additionally, the Best Internal Communications Campaign and Best PR Campaign categories celebrate effective internal strategies and outstanding public relations efforts, respectively.
Social media and digital engagement are also prominently recognised. The Best Social Media Campaign awards the most effective use of platforms to engage audiences with STEM content, while the Best Digital Marketing Campaign focuses on impactful digital strategies. Innovation is key, with the Best Emerging Technology in Marketing category highlighting the use of technologies such as AI, VR, or AR in marketing.
Strategic brilliance in STEM marketing is equally celebrated. The Best Use of Research & Insight award honours those who utilise data and research effectively. The Best Branding & Positioning category is for those who have significantly enhanced their public image. Product launches are also in the spotlight with the Best Product Launch Campaign.
Content excellence is notably important. The Best Use of Content Marketing category looks for campaigns that clearly communicate complex STEM topics. Meanwhile, the Best Use of Events & Live Marketing and Best Use of Video Marketing categories award creative uses of live events, webinars, and video content. The Most Innovative Campaign acknowledges unique and impactful marketing strategies, and the Best International Campaign celebrates initiatives that have reached global audiences.
Every company that enters is also automatically considered for the Chairman’s Award / Best In Show, recognising outstanding creativity and impact. As the early bird deadline looms, there’s no better time to showcase your hard work and innovation to a national audience.
With the STEM Marketing Awards 2024 deadline nearing, now is the time to highlight your exceptional work and stand out in the STEM marketing community. Don’t miss the opportunity to be recognised for your contributions.
