SocialChain, a Manchester-founded social-first agency, has appointed Caity O’Shaughnessy as its new business director. O’Shaughnessy, who transitions from her previous role as head of client services and agency operations at Noise Media, brings a wealth of experience exceeding eight years in digital and social media marketing.
During her tenure at Noise Media, she led numerous large-scale international campaigns focusing on organic and paid social media, influencer marketing, and content production. Her strategic and creative contributions have benefited a diverse range of clients, including prominent brands such as Paradisus Resorts by Meliá Hotels, Audio-Technica, Davines, and Brothers Cider.
O’Shaughnessy’s proficiency in developing innovative social campaigns is expected to significantly bolster SocialChain’s growing client base within the digital landscape.
