The Yorkshire-based tech firm SmartSearch has strategically expanded its executive team, enhancing its leadership capabilities.

The strategic expansion of SmartSearch’s executive team marks a significant phase in the company’s evolution. Following the acquisition by Triple Private Equity, the firm has appointed several high-calibre professionals to its leadership roles, underscoring its commitment to strengthening its capabilities and driving forward innovation.

Phil Cotter, who came on board as CEO after the acquisition, leads this newly strengthened team. His leadership is complemented by Stuart Morris, who has taken on the role of Chief Technology Officer. With extensive experience in harnessing technology to tackle regulatory challenges, Morris is poised to advance SmartSearch’s technological initiatives.

Paul Eddie has assumed the position of Chief Revenue Officer, bringing with him a wealth of experience in revenue generation strategies, crucial for SmartSearch as it aims to expand its market footprint. Fraser Mitchell, transitioning from his role as Technical Director to Chief Product Officer, is set to lead product innovation efforts that align with the firm’s strategic goals.

Moreover, Collette Allen has transitioned from Chief Operating Officer to Chief Transformation Officer, where her focus will be on steering the company through the complexities of its growth agenda.
