A new strategic partnership aims to transform how businesses and retail venues connect and engage with their customers.
Smart Communications, part of Newcastle’s Smart Group, has formed an alliance with WiFi provider Purple. This initiative looks to leverage “advanced, secure and data-driven WiFi solutions,” according to Bob Koch, Purple’s SVP of Global Alliances. Koch expressed enthusiasm about the collaboration, stating, “We are thrilled to partner with Smart Communications, a company that shares our vision for leveraging technology to enhance customer experiences and drive business growth.”
As part of this partnership, Smart Communications is introducing Smart Surf, a new public WiFi system that utilises Purple’s technology. This system aims to provide free, high-quality, and secure WiFi across various business and retail locations. The goal is to enhance digital engagement and offer visitors a seamless online experience.
The partnership will also enable businesses to gain insights into customer behaviour through Purple’s advanced analytics platform. These insights can help optimise business spaces, tailor marketing strategies, and ultimately increase customer satisfaction and loyalty. Robert Webster, Managing Director at Smart Communications, highlighted the benefits, stating, “At Smart Communications, we believe in providing solutions that not only meet but exceed our customers’ expectations. Our partnership with Purple enables us to bring cutting-edge, data-driven connectivity solutions to businesses and retail venues, enhancing customer engagement and driving growth.”
This collaboration between Smart Communications and Purple is set to redefine how businesses use WiFi, turning it into a dynamic tool for customer engagement and business intelligence.
