Serotonin began its relationship with SUDU in Spring 2024, playing a covert yet foundational role. Following the official launch of SUDU’s menswear collection in June, Serotonin is now taking the lead on various creative fronts. In the words of Clair Heaviside, co-founder and creative director at Serotonin, they quickly recognised the partnership’s potential: “When SUDU approached us to support their brand launch, we knew we were onto a winner. A sports brand committed to championing everyday athletes who put the work in every day. Graft, drive, dedication, spirit, exceptional sportswear and killer designs.“
SUDU’s initial menswear collection includes a variety of high-performance apparel. It features 15 pieces ranging from running vests and shorts to jackets and the brand’s first running shoe. The brand aims to blend style with function, appealing to everyday athletes.
Dom Carter, co-founder and digital director at Serotonin, believes their agency is geared towards enhancing brand performance. “As an agency, we’re driven to help brands perform better, faster. To ensure SUDU hit the ground running (literally), our work with the team has gone beyond brand awareness and sales to create a community of runners who love the SUDU brand.”
Serotonin has also organised two run clubs, one in Manchester and another in London, which each attract over 200 participants. This engagement has not only increased SUDU’s brand visibility but has also fostered a loyal community of runners.
Additionally, SUDU has entered into a long-term agreement with Wolverhampton Wanderers FC, becoming the team’s official technical kit partner starting from the 2024/25 season. Tom Hart, head of brand at SUDU, appreciates the synergy between the two entities, saying: “Our partnership with Serotonin was an absolute no-brainer, given the two founders clock up runs of over 100K a week. For a new to market sports brand based in Manchester, with a debut run-focussed collection, there was simply no other option.”
SUDU’s rapid rise in the sportswear market underscores the effective partnership with Serotonin.
