A fresh planning application for the ambitious £11 million redevelopment of Seaton House has been submitted, marking a transformative phase for Stockport.

The ambitious £11 million redevelopment project in Stockport, led by the Altrincham-based developer 21 Living, aims to transform Seaton House by constructing 40 new apartments with flexible workspaces. Following the conditional acquisition of a former print mill on Wellington Street, the project is set to include both one- and two-bedroom apartments, alongside 6,000 square feet of commercial spaces. All of these new additions are meticulously designed by Ollier Smurthwaite Architects, geared towards merging modern housing solutions with a sense of historical preservation.
