The ANS Academy is celebrating its tenth anniversary.

A Decade of Excellence
The ANS Academy, one of only two tech company apprenticeship providers to receive an ‘Outstanding’ rating from OFSTED, marks ten years of operation. It has consistently been listed in the Top 100 Apprenticeship Employers, maintaining a perfect pass rate and 78% distinctions. Over 250 apprentices have benefitted from their programmes.
Programme Highlights
Designed to develop future generations and close the diversity gap, the academy offers specialisms in networking, infrastructure, and cybersecurity. It has plans to introduce an AI Apprenticeship later this year.
Celebration Event
To celebrate, ANS hosted an event at its Manchester headquarters, Fusion. Former apprentices, including Brad King, Liam Stretton, and Sam Greaves, shared their success stories, attributing their career foundations to the academy’s robust training.

Capitalising on its success, ANS launched its Academy-as-a-service, providing the acclaimed programme to external businesses and partners. This move aims to support the broader tech ecosystem in talent development.

Recently awarded the Microsoft UK Services Partner of the Year, ANS’s impact extends beyond education. Recognised for its strategic alignment and community contributions, the academy plays a pivotal role.
CEO Richard Thompson expressed pride in their achievements and emphasised their focus on AI readiness, marking a new chapter in the academy’s evolution.
