Fast-growing company has launched a new tool capable of measuring the sentiment of employees within businesses.

The service offers around 250 ‘perks’, including discounts and freebies for employees of subscribed businesses. Among its clientele are prominent firms such as OpenTable, Nandos, Hawksmoor, Rentalcars, and Levi Strauss & Co. The latest offering, named Insights, is described as a simple, lightweight tool designed to measure employee engagement. The company, with operations based in London and Sheffield, aims to assist HR teams in breaking down barriers between management and staff by fostering an environment where everyone feels safe to share information. This, in turn, would allow issues to be addressed before they escalate into larger problems.

Insights checks in with teams on a weekly basis, inquiring about their day at work, their management, and areas for potential improvement. The tool utilises a comprehensive library of engagement questions, developed in collaboration with HR specialists, behavioural psychologists, and customers, to pose relevant queries.

Ben Leeds, Director of Product, noted, ‘For employers looking to improve performance and increase employee engagement, the data and trends generated by our new Insights product will allow them to see exactly how their performance improves over time.’ Leeds further stated, ‘HR leaders, managers and teams will be able to hold themselves accountable and track the progress that has been made on employee feedback and concerns throughout the transition.’

The technology autonomously identifies and highlights trends at the team, individual, and company levels, using real-time dashboards to spotlight trending feedback, thereby ensuring accountability in making meaningful changes. Additionally, the product will soon be enhanced with artificial intelligence capabilities, enabling predictive insights into employee churn across teams within organisations.

The company has set an ambitious target to sign up 5,000 customers in the next six months and is offering a free 12-month subscription for a limited time period.

The introduction of this new tool signifies a notable advancement in measuring employee sentiment and engagement, providing valuable insights for HR teams and management.
