In a strategic move to bolster its services, a leading North West-based law firm has announced the addition of 11 new recruits across its four offices.

Expansion of the Private Client Team
The firm has notably strengthened its private client team with the appointment of Ben Tyer as a new partner. Ben brings a wealth of experience to the Stockport office, specialising in advising clients on inheritance tax planning, asset protection, mental capacity issues, and probate. He is a fully qualified member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and the Association of Lifetime Lawyers.
Growth in Residential Property Team
The residential property team has seen substantial growth. Aisha Tanveer and Sarah Hill have joined as conveyancers in the Stockport and Congleton offices, respectively. Additionally, three new conveyancing assistants have been welcomed to the team: Georgia Smith in Macclesfield, Amanda Ackroyd in Congleton, and Frazer Burns in Stockport.

The Stockport office has further expanded with the appointment of Charlotte Houghton as a legal secretary in the dispute resolution team.

Alan Taylor has been appointed as the facilities manager, ensuring the smooth operation of the firm’s physical resources.

Georgia Tew has been hired as a solicitor for the family law team based in Chester, adding to the firm’s expertise in family-related legal matters. Christian Bull has joined as a legal business systems and workflow analyst, working across all four offices to assist the firm in adopting a new case management system.
