SEVEN BRO7HERS, the Salford-based drinks company, has taken a significant step by launching SEVEN BRO7HERS DISTILLING, a new contract distilling venture. This new service is set to produce bespoke spirits tailored to various markets, marking a notable expansion of their business.
The company aims to cater to established brands, craft spirit enthusiasts, and businesses desiring unique, exclusive products. This move comes after merging with their sister’s gin enterprise in 2023, which allowed them to offer their own range of spirits. The venture promises comprehensive support from recipe development to packaging, ensuring compliance and quality in every product.
Expansion of SEVEN BRO7HERS
The drinks business SEVEN BRO7HERS, based in Salford, has launched a new venture called SEVEN BRO7HERS DISTILLING. This new branch will focus on contract distilling, creating bespoke spirits tailored for various markets. They aim to cater to established brands, entrepreneurs passionate about craft spirits, and businesses wanting exclusive products.
The new distilling service offers complete support from recipe development, distillation, and ageing to blending, design, bottling, and packaging. Every product is ensured to be fully compliant. SEVEN BRO7HERS’ expansion came after they merged with their sister’s gin business, which was previously known as SIS4RS DISTILLERY in 2023. This move helped them launch their own spirits range, including vodka, gin, and rum, which are available in all their beer houses.
Merger with Four Sisters Distillery
In May, the Four Sisters distillery, started in 2018 by sisters Kerry Collins, Hayley Robinson, Kate Haslam, and Lucy McAvoy, was liquidated. SEVEN BRO7HERS has since incorporated some of its distillery equipment and has also introduced new equipment to their distilling operations.
SEVEN BRO7HERS is leveraging the expertise and knowledge from the Four Sisters team to enhance their contract distilling business. This initiative enables the production of signature spirits in volumes ranging from 100 to 5000 litres, efficiently catering to diverse client needs.
Personalised Services for Entrepreneurs and Corporates
The new distillery service offers a personal and advisory touch, especially beneficial for start-ups and entrepreneurs. They will guide customers through product design, marketing, and PR to create a lasting impression.

The McAvoy brothers – Guy, Keith, Luke, Daniel, Nathan, Kit, and Greg – currently run successful beer houses in various locations including Middlewood Locks, MediaCityUK, and Ancoats in Manchester.
They also have a taproom bar at their brewery and opened a partnership bar at Manchester Airport’s new T2 Departure Lounge in July 2020. A new experiential gin, beer, and sports bar named 11 Central was launched eight months ago in Salford Quays.
