New Care has recently enhanced the management team at Adel Manor through key senior appointments, strengthening its leadership and care delivery.
Marsha Tuffin, appointed as the home manager, will oversee daily operations, focusing on staff management and ensuring the highest standards of resident care. With over 30 years of experience in the health sector, Marsha is committed to dignity and respect for residents. She aims for Adel Manor to be recognised for excellent person-centred care.
Keegan Hutchinson joins as the deputy manager, responsible for staff training, audits, and maintaining quality procedures. Keegan brings diverse experience from hospitals, community pharmacies, and mental health settings. Eager to further his expertise, he values the supportive ethos at Adel Manor and is committed to achieving his NVQ Level 5 in leadership and management.
The new Head of Care, Matthew Bee, is tasked with managing all care aspects, ensuring effective supervision and provision. Although relatively new to the care sector, having started his career in 2021, Matthew has rapidly advanced. He aligns with Adel Manor’s vision of outstanding person-centred care, stating his delight in joining the facility.
Dawn Collett, the Commissioning Director, expressed confidence in the new appointees, highlighting their professional and hands-on approach. The trio’s leadership is expected to enhance Adel Manor’s reputation for providing exemplary care.
