Previously situated at The Lexicon on Mount Street, the Manchester office has expanded considerably, now employing over 100 professionals. This relocation not only enables increased capacity but also supports the continued investment in developing the next generation of accountants. The firm’s recruitment initiatives have seen a notable increase, doubling its intake of graduates and apprentices as part of its Early Careers programme.

In addition to welcoming new trainees through established programmes, the firm is also involved in the 10,000 Interns Foundation, reflecting its commitment to nurturing talent. Managing Partner of the Manchester office, Michael Jayson, regards this move as a significant step forward, endorsing the firm’s dedication to providing excellent services for its growing client base in Manchester. Nigel Bostock, Chief Executive, highlighted that the firm’s strategic vision has necessitated an enhanced office space to support its people and sustained business growth.

The firm collaborated with multi-disciplinary real estate advisors for the acquisition, interior design, and substantial fit-out of the new office. St George’s House, a historic property on Peter Street with over 50,000 square feet of floor space, now serves as the firm’s new location. It boasts a rich history dating back to the early 20th century and features terracotta bricks. Richard Lace from OBI noted that the new office is designed to provide a collaborative environment aligned with the firm’s cultural values and the building’s historical features. Similarly, Hannah Cooper from the property’s management expressed satisfaction with the new occupancy, praising the flexible and functional workspace created for employees and clients.
