The hub’s flagship programme, Catalyst, a 10-week course, involves 50 participants and 40 companies, creating a nurturing environment for aspiring digital professionals.

Dooley asserts that talent exists in Liverpool, but it requires moulding and encouragement. She emphasises the need for an inclusive and accessible learning environment to maximise local potential.

Supporting students’ transition into the digital workforce is crucial for bridging the educational gap, fostering a seamless link between study and employment.

Heatley believes that the Innovators Hub model could be successfully adapted in other UK cities, highlighting the potential for widespread impact.
