Manchester-based digital agency Reason Digital has announced significant changes in its leadership team.
The company welcomes a new CEO while the current managing director steps down but remains involved as a director.
New CEO Appointment
Mark Sharp has been appointed to the newly-created role of CEO at Reason Digital. He joins the company with over 21 years of experience, most recently serving as operations and commercial director at Code Computerlove.
“I am thrilled to start and continue the excellent work that Ben and the whole team have established over the years,” Sharp said. He aims to leverage his extensive experience to drive the Reason Digital team towards achieving its mission.
Stepping Down of Managing Director
Ben White has announced his decision to step down as managing director to take on a new role within the sister company, Impact. However, he will remain a director at Reason Digital.
White initially joined Reason Digital in 2015 as project management lead and later became managing director in 2018. He was instrumental in guiding the company through the COVID-19 pandemic and overseeing a period of unprecedented growth.
“I’m so grateful to have been a part of Reason over the last 10 years, both as part of the team and as a leader,” said White. He expressed his excitement about his new role and continued involvement with the team.
