Keith Lammie, the former Global Regional Managing Director for Scotland and the North, has been appointed as the UK Director of One Day Agency. He joins founder and CEO Ricardo Seixas, and Poland and Eastern Europe Chief Anita Puchalska, in a refreshed leadership team. Lammie’s extensive experience is expected to drive the UK market while the rest of the team works on global cluster developments.
In its fifth year, One Day Agency has redefined its strategic approach with a greater emphasis on foreign markets, facilitated by substantial investments from Manchester’s well-established Behrens Group. This shift marks the end of its startup phase and the beginning of a more global outlook.
The agency reports sustained growth with international billings now comprising over 45% of its total revenue. This achievement includes securing a notable sports racing brand, details of which will be disclosed shortly.
Moreover, the agency is proactively planning for 2025, with expansions into two new markets set for early January. This forward-thinking approach underscores its commitment to growth and adaptation in the rapidly evolving digital marketing landscape.
Ricardo Seixas highlighted the agency’s vision of agility, emphasizing the importance of maintaining horizontal structures to deliver effective marketing strategies. He stated, “Nothing excites me more than the plurality of the world… Agility is not a benefit or USP, it is a requirement.” This statement reflects the core ethos driving One Day’s strategic maneuvers.
The dynamic change in leadership and strategic vision positions One Day Agency for continued success in global markets.
