Sukhi Dehal is well-known for founding both the 383 Group and the Canvas Conference, a prominent product conference with a 12-year legacy. Both entities are recognised for their excellence in strategic design and technology products. Notable brands, including Hilton, LVMH, and E.on, benefit from their lean services. These services encompass digital product development, service design, friction mapping, innovation sprints, and rapid prototyping.
The 383 Group recently launched CustomerVoiceAI, a SaaS platform designed to allow organisations to synthesise customer interviews swiftly. This innovation aligns with 383’s commitment to pioneering new digital solutions. The sister entity, Canvas Conference, regularly features high-profile discussions led by industry leaders from Gymshark, Meta, and JP Morgan, further solidifying its reputation in the tech community.
Dehal expressed enthusiasm for this new phase, stating, “This partnership with Vin marks an exhilarating new chapter for 383. We’ve always been driven by our passion for creating meaningful digital experiences that truly transform businesses. With this investment, we’re poised to amplify our impact and bring our innovative approach to even more clients globally.”
In a joint statement, Chinnaraja highlighted the exceptional capabilities of 383 Group, stating, “Few businesses deliver user experience and tech expertise at such an advanced level, which is why I’ve chosen to invest in Sukhi and 383 Group. My goal is to support them in expanding their capability in the coming years.”
