In a strategic move to support its ambitious growth plans, housebuilder Lovell has relocated its North West team to a larger office in Warrington.

This relocation aims to bolster Lovell’s open market sales presence and strengthen partnerships across the region.

New Office Location

National housebuilder Lovell has relocated its North West team to a new office in Birchwood Park, Warrington. This move comes as part of its ambitious expansion plans. The new office offers a more centralised regional position, providing opportunities for further growth.

Previously based in St John’s House, Altrincham, Lovell’s new office aims to meet the North West’s housing needs through key partnerships and regeneration projects. The location is strategic, lying between the key cities of Manchester and Liverpool, which have seen significant regeneration over the past two decades.

Commitment to Regional Growth

Paul Challinor, managing director for Lovell in the North West, emphasised the importance of this relocation. “Our new Warrington office is an important step in our growth plans to deliver more homes for communities across the North West,” he said.

The move demonstrates Lovell’s commitment to creating long-lasting relationships within the region. The aim is to make a meaningful impact through housing development and collaborative projects with local authorities and organisations.

Key Regeneration Projects

Lovell has been involved in several major regeneration sites in the North West. These include the Miles Platting regeneration near central Manchester, set to complete this year.

The Pendleton Project in Salford is also progressing, with more schemes planned for Liverpool and The Wirral. These projects are crucial for transforming and upgrading these areas.

Partnerships and Frameworks

Lovell’s new office supports its recent appointment to the £1.5bn Innovation Chain North (ICN) framework. This involvement will last for the next four years, further strengthening Lovell’s presence in the region.

“Our portfolio of work in the North West continues to grow from strength to strength,” said Paul Challinor. Several new schemes are at various stages of progression, bolstering Lovell’s impact in the housing sector.

Future Expansion Plans

The company plans to grow its land bank and move into more open market sales under the Lovell Homes brand. This strategy is aimed at meeting the increasing housing demands across the region.

Lovell is also keen to continue nurturing its long-term partnerships, ensuring that the housing demands are met effectively. Collaboration with local authorities and organisations is key to this strategy.

Office Fit-out and Location Advantages

As part of the Morgan Sindall Group, Lovell benefited from having Overbury, a fellow group company, complete the exceptional fit-out works at the new office. This office space is now regarded as one of the best in the region.

The location in Birchwood Park places the Lovell team ideally between Manchester and Liverpool. This central location is advantageous for accessing key regeneration sites and working closely with local entities.

Lovell’s move to a new office in Warrington marks a significant step in its expansion plans. The strategic location and modern office space will support the company’s growth and regional commitments.

With ongoing and upcoming projects across the North West, Lovell is well-positioned to meet the housing needs of communities, bolstering its presence through key partnerships and collaborative efforts.
