The planning application includes provisions for sustainable living. A car club bay will be available for residents, offering two years of free car club membership and £40 credit per new resident.

Additionally, new residents will be restricted from applying for on-street parking permits.

Designed by Manchester-based Ollier Smurthwaite Architects, the building features a contemporary interpretation of historical architecture along Wilmslow Road.

Particularly notable is the curved elevation at the corner of Claremont Road and Wilmslow Road. This design pays homage to the former imposing Walter Carter Depository, which stood nearby from the 1870s to the 1980s.
