Script&Go has marked a significant milestone by opening offices in Birmingham and London, aiming to enhance the productivity and efficiency of the UK construction sector through digitisation.

Despite a sluggish start to the year, the UK construction sector is experiencing continuous growth, particularly in subsectors such as repair and maintenance. However, the industry still predominantly relies on traditional, paper-centric methods, leading to substantial cost overruns and scheduling delays in megaprojects.

With the introduction of solutions like BatiScript and Site Diary, Script&Go seeks to mitigate these issues by offering snag-free site management and site reporting tools. The company has already demonstrated success in France and aims to replicate this in the UK, where it already serves prominent clients like the Costain Group, Alun Griffiths, and Torsion Group.

Over the past two years, Script&Go has invested in expanding its reach within the English-speaking market. The company appointed Khaldon Evans as product manager and established a partnership to oversee North American operations. Faisal Hamid has been brought on board as the UK Country Manager and will be spearheading operations from the Birmingham office. Meanwhile, Pierre Boesinger will oversee international operations from the London office.

CEO and founder Benoît Jeannin stated, “When I travel to the UK, I see many upcoming works and renovations. It’s time for us to help companies collaborate better with digital solutions. It’s not only about location, but also about improving delivery.”

Faisal Hamid echoed this sentiment, noting that the new Birmingham office signifies a commitment to both current and future clients. “In the last year we have spent time going up and down the country talking to different people on site to understand their needs, pains and how they work,” he explained. “This feedback is crucial for developing new products and updating existing ones to meet the needs of the guys on site.”

Script&Go’s expansion into the UK market represents a forward-thinking initiative aimed at transforming traditional construction methods through digitisation. With a team dedicated to understanding and addressing the specific needs of the UK sector, the company is well-positioned for success.
