Ellie Levens, previously an HR manager at a prominent Premiership football club, has embarked on a new business venture. Based in Lymm, Cheshire, Levens has established Exponential HR with a mission to revolutionise businesses through enhancing the calibre of their personnel and processes.
Prior to her tenure at the football club, Levens accrued experience in various SMEs across the North West, including stints at Saica Paper UK and Plastic Omnium. Reflecting on her decision, Levens remarked, ‘I am hugely excited about stepping out on my own and working with businesses across the region. I am passionate about showing business owners and their senior management teams how they can get the most from the right HR processes and practices.’
Levens’ vision for Exponential HR centres on the belief that optimal HR processes and practices can significantly contribute to a company’s growth and productivity. ‘By having the best people and practices in place, a business can invest more time in planning and achieving growth and improved productivity,’ she emphasised.
Her experience at the Premiership club, where she spent a year and three months as HR manager, has undoubtedly informed her approach to human resources. Levens aims to leverage this experience to assist other businesses in the region to achieve their strategic objectives.
With a diverse background in human resources and a clear vision for the future, Ellie Levens is poised to make a significant impact through her new venture, Exponential HR.
