GP Bullhound and GrowthBusiness have announced the shortlist for the 16th annual Investor Allstars Awards, highlighting the key players in the European digital economy. Revealed during a crucial period for European tech, the awards shine a spotlight on the companies and individuals driving innovation and growth.
The Investor Allstars 2018 Awards will take place on 4 October at the Hilton, Park Lane, London, gathering Europe’s top investors and successful technology entrepreneurs. Renowned tech magician and hacker Tom Webb will be the keynote speaker, while Charlotte Hawkins will host the evening.
This year’s shortlist features some of the brightest stars in the tech industry from across Europe. The shortlist spans a range of investors across ten categories, featuring notable names and innovative companies. In the afternoon of 4 October, some of Europe’s most exciting technology firms will compete to be named Europe’s Allstar Company of the Year, presenting their pitches before a panel of 40 high-profile investors. Among the contenders are Egress, Mambu, OpenClassrooms, Partnerize, Topia, and Volocopter.
The Investor Allstars Awards 2018 are organised by the global tech advisory and investment firm GP Bullhound and GrowthBusiness.co.uk, a publication focusing on entrepreneurs and leaders of fast-growth businesses. The event’s sponsors include several major law firms and financial entities.
