The two floors encompass a total of 19,576 sq ft, positioned on the 10th and 11th floors of The Tower. This building is part of the larger Old Street scheme managed by Helical Plc.

The Tower has quickly become a hub for innovative businesses. With tenants such as WeWork and Farfetch already occupying lower floors, the building boasts a strong creative ecosystem.

Currently, 63% of the office space in The Tower is occupied, a testament to the quality and appeal of its modern design.
