Manchester-headquartered digital design agency has significantly bolstered its management team by appointing Mark Carrington as the new program director.
Carrington’s appointment comes on the heels of a series of client acquisitions and new hires since the agency’s inception in May last year. He will oversee the agency’s operations across its global client base. The agency, experiencing rapid growth, recently relocated to Princess Street to accommodate its expanding team. It counts numerous high-profile clients among its portfolio.
Carrington joins from Epam Systems, where he held the position of director of project management. His career includes experience with companies such as Ebay, TMW, iris Worldwide, and Great Fridays. The agency co-founder, Oli Taylor, stated, “With our global client base continuing to grow, Mark brings valuable experience and expertise that will further strengthen our management team as we expand. Mark’s appointment represents our continued focus on finding the very best talent available in the industry – a core commitment to our clients.”
On his new role, Carrington remarked, “The agency has seen impressive growth to date, and I look forward to working with Oli, Sam, and Oliver to continue that trajectory. The agency has made a number of top-flight new hires since launching, and I look forward to joining what is an incredibly talented team at such an exciting time for the business.” The agency benefits from an advisory board that spans the UK and US, including the former Great Fridays CEO Rob Noble, and is targeting ambitious growth projections over the next 12-18 months.
The appointment of Mark Carrington as program director marks a strategic move for the agency as it continues its trajectory of growth and expansion.
