In a forward-thinking venture, a new augmented reality (AR) mural has been unveiled in Manchester to introduce three innovative skin and body care products.

This project, inspired by a previous campaign for Sol De Janeiro, showcases a custom mural to introduce the public to three new skincare and bodycare products: Natural Moisturising Factors + Inulin Body Lotion, Salicylic Acid 0.5% Body Serum, and Niacinamide 5% Face and Body Emulsion. The concept was designed to be more than just a mural; it is intended to be innovative, interactive, and informative.

The team behind the project decided on an AR-style campaign to seamlessly blend the digital and real worlds, achieving their objectives with cutting-edge motion design and web development. The final execution includes perfect 3D product models, a smooth user experience, and positive feedback from clients. To experience the AR features, users simply scan a QR code on the mural, which brings the products to life in 3D form, allowing for full 360-degree rotation. Tapping on a product card reveals key information such as ingredients, usage directions, and product efficacy.

Furthermore, users have the opportunity to win one of the best-selling products daily by clicking on the ‘free product’ option. The AR mural, located on the side of Hare & Hounds at 46 Shudehill, Manchester M4 4AA, will be on display until September 5.

This AR initiative is a testament to the innovative strides being made in integrating digital technology with traditional advertising methods.
