Argynnis Group AB, a Swedish family-owned industrial conglomerate founded in 1984, continues its expansion with the acquisition of TVG. The group is known for nurturing niche companies that offer unique products and technologies aimed at professional customers. Previously segmented into three Business Units—Standby Group, Binar Industrial Solutions, and Heating and Drying Group—Argynnis has now inaugurated a fourth unit dedicated to commercial vehicles, facilitated by this acquisition.
TVG, established in 1997 by Graeme Frankland, has garnered a reputation for its innovative solutions in the commercial fleet sector. These solutions include Fleet Management and Asset Tracking, Telematics, and Solar Power Green Fleet Solutions. Moreover, TVG’s Oculux brand, renowned for its superior visual quality and reliability, represents a premium range of cameras designed and developed in-house.
