AMS Group has significantly expanded its operations by securing a Grade A self-contained office space in Manchester’s well-regarded Spinningfields area at 1 Hardman Street.
The new office spans 16,423 square feet and was negotiated by OBI Property on behalf of the landlord, Charles Street Buildings Group. AMS Group provides a wide range of professional services within the UK, particularly in the property and healthcare sectors. CEO Ebrahim Sidat commented on the move, stating, “We are in an ambitious but well-planned trajectory of growth. The impressive space and style offered by our new headquarters will serve both our clients and growing teams very well.”
At this new address in Spinningfields, AMS Group will continue to deliver its core services, which include auditing, accounting, tax advisory, and other specialised offerings. The property at 1 Hardman Street is strategically located at the entrance to Spinningfields and features luxury amenities such as outdoor roof terraces and a café.

AMS Group has experienced significant growth in recent years, facilitated by six strategic acquisitions that have broadened its service offerings. The Group is on track to exceed its yearly financial targets, aiming for a turnover of over £20 million, a workforce of more than 200 employees, and the establishment of more than ten offices nationwide.
This strategic move to Spinningfields not only signifies AMS Group’s expansion but also underscores the area’s continued appeal as a prime commercial district.
