Glasgow’s prominent creative agency Made Brave has announced the appointment of Bec Chelin as Client Services Director.

Chelin, a former Managing Director at a Manifest, brings extensive experience from her four-year tenure, where she managed a diverse portfolio of global clients, including Pernod Ricard and AB World Foods, as well as national clients like Co-op and Santander. In her new role, Chelin will focus on overseeing the agency’s growth strategy and nurturing its existing client relationships while also developing new ones.

Expressing her enthusiasm for the new position, Chelin stated, “I’m incredibly excited to announce that I’ve joined a culturally vibrant agency that is supremely ambitious and a creative powerhouse. A client experience department is at the heart of any business like ours, so a big focus for me in the coming months will be supporting my team with their client relationships, helping them to create boundary-pushing work, whilst driving tangible commercial value to our clients and their businesses.”

The agency, established in 2012, operates out of Glasgow and London and boasts an impressive client list, including names like VELUX and Diageo. The agency’s current Managing Director expressed his delight regarding Chelin’s appointment, highlighting that her role will be pivotal in blending creativity with business objectives to benefit the team, the agency, and their clients. The agency has recently reported a significant 39% year-on-year revenue increase, with substantial contributions from the EMEA region.

Bec Chelin’s appointment marks a significant milestone, reflecting the agency’s commitment to growth and excellence in client service.
