Tayla Brace introduced a genderless streetwear brand that explores mental health themes. Her collection, inspired by the Aokigahara Forest in Japan, features oversized silhouettes and comfort-focused designs. “The Aokigahara Forest is shrouded in darkness, but I saw the beauty in the forest itself,” said Brace.
Innovative Design Elements
Brace’s collection is characterised by unique ribbon details and marionette-inspired eyelets. These elements were meticulously crafted using traditional Japanese ink drawing methods, adding a layer of cultural depth to her designs.
REELL by Jazzy Newnham
Jazzy Newnham presented a performance-oriented menswear collection. Drawing from heritage fabrics, music, and fishing, her designs emphasise comfort, inclusivity, and sustainability. “Reflecting back on nostalgic memories is something everyone can relate to,” Newnham shared.
Creating Functional Fashion
Newnham’s collection uses upcycled materials and Harris Tweed® to create functional yet stylish pieces. Noteworthy items include tweed tracksuit bottoms and a mantal crafted from fishing bivvies. These pieces are not only practical but also socially and environmentally conscious.

Pirlog’s collection aims to raise awareness about mental illness within the fashion industry. The intricate designs and unique digital prints demonstrate her commitment to this cause, with sponsorship from Pineider enhancing the accessory line with premium leather.

“Demi O’Shea offers ethical, bespoke fashion with 3D printing innovation, elevating style sustainably,” O’Shea explained. The collection blends vibrant hues and premium fabrics, showcasing the potential of 3D printing in creating timeless fashion pieces.
